Shenika Boozer, MS, LPCS Candidate
Shenika is a mental health professional with a background in counseling, sociology, and criminal justice. She earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University and brings extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Her clinical experience includes trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation.
Shenika incorporates approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and integrative counseling.
She is also TF-CBT trained and DBT certified, and she is committed to continued professional development and evidence-informed practice.
Her passion is creating a space where people feel heard, respected, challenged, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
